Q. Does the offender have to live in a. certain county to be eligible for the program?
A. NO! An offender can live anywhere as long as it is his/her permanent residence and a working telephone is in place.
Q. Can the offender have visitors while on the program?
A. Yes.
Q. Is the monitoring device a listening device?
A. No. It is to report the offenders activity to the monitoring facility and we can only see whatever picture is transmitted when we call to get a test result.
